Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your House of Jack Co. purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, eligible items may be returned within 15 days of delivery (excluding personalized products).
Inspection & Right to Refuse, Reduce, or Deny Returns
House of Jack Co. reserves the sole and absolute right to inspect all returned items and to accept, reject, partially refund, or fully deny any return or exchange based on the condition in which the item is received. Items returned damaged, destroyed, used, scratched, marked, torn, altered, missing components, or otherwise not in new and resalable condition may, at our sole discretion, be: (a) refunded at a reduced amount to reflect diminished value, damage, restoration costs, or loss of resalable condition; or (b) denied a refund or exchange in full. Determination of an item's condition, eligibility, and any associated deduction is made solely by House of Jack Co. following inspection, and that determination is final. By shipping an item back for return or exchange, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
Return Eligibility & Requirements

Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery, unless covered under the Extended Holiday Returns Period.

Items must be new, unused, and in resalable condition, with all original tags attached and original packaging included. Leather wallets that show signs of use—including scratches, marks, creasing, or wear from cards being loaded—are not eligible for return. Items received in damaged, destroyed, or non-resalable condition are subject to a reduced refund or full denial at our sole discretion (see Inspection & Right to Refuse, Reduce, or Deny Returns above).

Proof of purchase is required. A copy of the original receipt or invoice must be included with the return. Items received as gifts require the original receipt or invoice to be eligible for return or exchange.

Only items purchased directly from HouseofJackCo.com or an authorized House of Jack Co. retailer are eligible for return or exchange. Purchases made through Amazon must be returned and resolved directly through Amazon. House of Jack Co. is unable to process returns, refunds, or exchanges for Amazon orders. Returns from unauthorized third-party sellers, including resale marketplaces, auction sites, or thrift stores, will not be accepted.

Customer contact information must be included with the return (name, email address, phone number, and return address).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You're welcome to use any carrier that's convenient for your return; however, as a small business, we're not able to provide prepaid return labels at this time. We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method, as lost or damaged return shipments are the sender's responsibility.

A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns. Additional deductions may apply for items received in less-than-resalable condition, as determined by House of Jack Co. at inspection.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment only.
Exchanges
House of Jack Co. offers a one-time exchange for an item of equal or lesser value, subject to availability.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must meet all return eligibility requirements outlined above, including having the original receipt and being in new, unused, and resalable condition with original tags and packaging intact. Exchanges are subject to the same inspection rights described above, and House of Jack Co. reserves the right to refuse, adjust, or deny any exchange based on the condition of the item received.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, including return shipping and reshipment of the exchanged item. Only one exchange is permitted per order.
Exchanges are not available for personalized products or items purchased through Amazon. Amazon purchases must be addressed directly through Amazon.

Please allow 3–5 business days after receipt for inspection and processing. Refund timing may vary depending on your financial institution.

All personalized products are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
